Women's Welfare & Statutory ICC Advisory
Official statutory framework, Departmental Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) procedures, and Central SHe-Box portal links under the PoSH Act 2013 and CCS (Conduct) Rules.
Statutory Jurisdiction & Zero Custody Protocol
In strict accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (PoSH) Act, 2013, DoPT statutory guidelines, and CBIC instructions, formal complaints of sexual harassment must be lodged directly with the constitutionally mandated Departmental Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of the respective Commissionerate or through the Ministry of Women & Child Development's Central SHe-Box Portal.
To uphold absolute statutory sanctity and prevent any unauthorized handling of sensitive inquiries, AICEIA Kolkata Circle maintains zero custody of complaint records and operates this desk purely for informational, welfare, and companion advisory purposes.
