Mandatory CoWIN Pre-Registration
All beneficiaries must be registered on the official CoWIN portal (cowin.gov.in) before attending the camp.
Original Photo ID Proof
Carry the identical original Government Photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter Card, or Driving Licence) linked with your CoWIN profile.
Previous Dose Verification
For Second or Precautionary Dose, present your digital dose certificate or SMS from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
Reporting Time
Beneficiaries must arrive 15 minutes before their allotted time slot to complete offline verification and token issuance.
